Following graduation from Waynesburg College in Pennsylvania, Will became an Officer in the United States Marine Corps and attained the rank of Captain. After serving in Vietnam he was honorably discharged from the Marines in 1965. Following the Marines Will moved to New York City to pursue a career in corporate America and worked in sales and sales management for Vick Chemical Company, Cooper Laboratories, Sperry Rand and Norelco.
In 1983 Will purchased a company, The Mel Pearson Company in the Rocky Mountains, along with 3 partners and successfully represented such notable brands as Nintendo, Sunbeam, Casio, Genie, Atari, Norelco and others throughout the Rocky Mountains.
In 1991 Will decided to pursue Real Estate sales as a career in Park City, Utah. His achievements have included 4 years as a Director and 1 year as President of the Park City Board of Realtors. He was the Sales Person of the Year in 2000 (the highest volume producer) and in 2005 generated over $122,000,000 in sales placing him as the highest volume producer in the market for that year and he will finish 2007 as the top producer out of 1,100 agents in the Park City market with sales in excess of $100 million. Will has ranked in the “Top 100” (of more than 74,000 agents nationwide) 5 of the past 7 years.
Early in this decade Will became a partner in Capital Growth Partners and was instrumental in brokering the sale of United Park City Mine’s assets to the Talisker Group and bringing East West Partners in to the Deer Valley equation. As the Listing Agent for 24 Ironwood Townhomes and 27 Grand Lodge condos, he successfully lead the sales and marketing of those projects and sold them out. Will is the lead listing agent on Silver Strike Lodge.
Wolf Creek Ranch is a 14,000 acre ranch located 20 miles from Park City consisting of 84 160 acres parcels. Will has represented that project since its inception and it is 95% sold. Wolf Creek Ranch, like the projects of Ironwood, Grand Lodge and Silver Strike Lodge was targeted at the luxury market and through the sales and marketing of these high-end projects he has gained significant experience in dealing with demanding buyers with the highest of expectations of a sales staff and property.

Mark Sletten

Mark Sletten is a Branch Broker for Prudential Real Estate. He is a member of the Masters of Professional Achievement of the Park City Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Lambda Alpha International (an honorary land economics society), the Real Estate Investment Association, and Prudential’s “Top 100” (of more than 74,000 agents nationwide). Additionally, he is a past national president of the Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute (an institute of the National Association of Realtors), the founding national president of the Real Estate Investment Association, and by invitation has testified before Congress on real estate issues.
Prior to moving to Park City, Mark was a partner in several large real estate companies including the Consolidated Capital Companies, a real estate sponsor that managed in excess of $2 billion of real estate investment capital. He was Senior Vice President of Consolidated Capital Institutional Advisors where he helped develop that firm's relationships with institutional investors. Mark left Consolidated in June of 1984 and left to form TerraQuest. He was a founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of that firm which managed a portfolio consisting of more than 1,143 acres, including mixed-use, commercially zoned land, and nearly 2,000 single-family residential lots, much of which is located in environmentally sensitive areas and all of which were entitled and/or developed by the firm. A licensed real estate broker since 1973, Mark received a BA from Southern Oregon University and a MBA (with Distinction) from Pepperdine University. He is 59 years of age and resides with his wife and daughter in Park City, Utah.

David owned an Advertising Agency in Aspen, Colorado with a client list which included the Aspen Skiing Company, The Aspen Chamber of Commerce, The Snowmass Resort Association, Kaelin Skiwear, several hotels and condominium projects, and several well-respected real estate companies and resort developers. David was a member of the Aspen Rotary Club volunteering considerable time to their annual fundraising efforts and he also volunteered as a skiing “Ambassador“ with Snowmass Ski Resort, serving as a guide to visitors over the course of six ski seasons, while maintaining a successful advertising agency.
