Robert (my husband) and I first met Gary Moe last winter on a ski trip to Park City. We had always talked about investing in a condominium near a ski resort, but living in Tulsa, we really didn’t know how to pursue it. A business contact of Robert’s from Park City suggested we give Gary a call.

We told Gary what we were looking for (we really didn’t know), and when we arrived he had researched the market, made appointments, and was ready to work. (After hours, of course, because my husband and I wanted to ski!)

I think we looked at every available unit in Park City, Deer Valley and the Canyons area. We found the perfect unit in Red Pine, at the base of the Canyons, but got cold feet, and didn’t make an offer. It was sold in less than a week. I was heart broken, as nothing else compared to this unit.

No such saying as “Out of Sight, Out of Mind”. Long after we returned home to Tulsa, Gary continued to shop for us. Months later, we received an email, with photos, and it was the one. Perfect.

Family circumstances prohibited us to leave so I asked Gary to go back and take close up pictures of things like… the walls, tile, cabinets, carpet, etc. If he thought I was crazy, he didn’t let it show. He graciously responded to my request and I had my photos within hours. We bought this condo, sight unseen, and fully confident of our decision.

Oh yes… and after the sale, he continues to be the one we call with questions, favors, and errands. We are very grateful to have been referred to him.

Someday we will invest in another unit, and I would not think of working with anyone other than Gary Moe.

Buying a house, or any space to call your own, to eventually become your home, is a very emotional and exciting experience. Throughout the experience, there are a range of feelings a homebuyer goes through, which can be made easier when there is someone to help you through them. For me, Gary Moe was that person. Gary took the time to listen to my verbal expression of what I wanted as well as noticing my non verbal expressions when we looked at properties and discussed options.

I had a wild ride buying a new home and selling my old home which was made bearable by Gary’s calming presence and reassurance that he would handle whatever “speed bumps” we may encounter. Gary introduced me to a number of people who managed all aspects of my real estate purchase, and the genuine relationship they share became apparent in the way they handled the “speed bumps” we encountered

Throughout the entire process, both before and after finding a property, Gary was very protective of me and my interests, as well as being very knowledgeable about the available properties. I love the house that we found and don’t plan on leaving any time soon, but when I do, I will have Gary Moe take care of me again.
