Will Lange has over 15 years of experience in the Park City real estate market and specializes in the group’s high-end ranch and luxury properties. He is one of the top 100 agents of Prudential nationally.

 Rick Shand brings a 20 year Park City resident's knowledge to local real estate transactions. With decades of experience managing a furniture manufacturing company, Rick can see the big picture while taking care of the details involved in creating a successful real estate deal.

Suze Weir worked in the travel industry, living and working in resorts all over the world before settling in Park City in 1983. While she has been a licensed realtor for 9 years, her primary focus has been her two daughters (with husband, Will Lange), involvement with Park City schools and the Park City community.

Nancy Ramaley, their administrative assistant, handles the contracts and all of the paperwork. She also provides The Lange Group with the ability to act as a bridge between the buyers and sellers.
